Payments:
Payments for services are made via staged or milestone-based instalments, as outlined in each client's individual signed agreement. Specific payment schedules, amounts and due dates will be detailed in that agreement, not on this website.
Cancellations:
Cancellation terms, including required notice periods, are set out in each client's signed service agreement. Clients should refer to their individual agreement for the specific notice period and any applicable fees.
Intellectual Property:
Any materials, frameworks, documentation or systems created during an engagement remain the property of Otrovert until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the signed agreement.
Limitation of Liability:
Otrovert provides advisory and operational support services. While we bring care and diligence to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Otrovert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
